One more year is added to Abolfazl Abedini, a member of the Pan Iranist party, unjust 11 years sentence, so the history be witnessed to this great biased and inhumane sentence.
According to HRANA reporters, the news organization for Human Rights activists in Iran, on May 1, 2011, a new trial was set at branch 28 revolutionary court under Judge Moghiseh chairmanship. The trial was held by Abolfazl Abedini transfering from Evin prison to the court. He was sentenced to one more year of imprisonment based on the charges of the propaganda against the regime.
This sentence is related to his last case against him, after his arrest on March 2, 2010 by the intelligence forces.
After the June 2009 arrest, Abolfazl abedini was sentenced to 11 years of imprisonment base on his membership in Pan Iranist party and Human Rights Activists society, and also communication with hostile governments, and interviews with foreign media. Overall, based on the new decree, he is sentenced to 12 years in prison.
